Orders & Production
How long will my order take?
All our products are made to order — produced individually when you buy them. Please allow upto 5 working days for production before your order is dispatched. Delivery time is on top of this. Your total wait from order to doorstep is typically 5 to 10 working days for UK orders.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Because your order goes into production quickly, cancellations and changes must be requested within 6 hours of placing your order. Contact us as soon as possible. After 6 hours your order may already be in production and we may not be able to make changes.
Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes — you'll receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a dispatch notification with tracking information when your order leaves production.
Can I order in bulk or wholesale?
We don't currently offer wholesale pricing. If you're interested in a larger order — for an event, a business, or a community organisation — contact us and we'll see what we can do.
Shipping & Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs depend on the weight of your order and your delivery destination. Your exact shipping options and costs will be shown at checkout once you've entered your delivery address. Free standard UK shipping is available on qualifying orders over £50.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to the EU, USA, Canada, Australia, and most countries worldwide. International shipping costs and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties or customs charges on arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
How do I track my order?
All orders include tracked shipping. You'll receive a dispatch notification email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel when your order is dispatched.
How long does international delivery take?
International delivery estimates from dispatch are approximately 6–21 working days for standard tracked shipping to most destinations, or 3–7 working days for courier options. These are estimates — customs processing can add additional time. Production time of 3–5 working days applies before dispatch.
How will my order be packaged?
All orders ship in 100% plastic-free packaging. Most clothing orders are dispatched in paper mailing bags — FSC certified, compostable, and recyclable. Larger orders ship in cardboard boxes. Art prints ship in reinforced triangular poster tubes. Mugs ship in protective mug boxes.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return my order?
Because all our products are made to order specifically for you, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect size selection. Please check our size guide carefully before ordering. If you're unsure about sizing, email us before you buy and we'll help.
What if my order arrives faulty or damaged?
If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly produced, please contact us within 14 days of receipt with your order number and photographic evidence. We'll investigate and where a genuine fault is confirmed, we'll offer a replacement or full refund.
What if I ordered the wrong size?
Unfortunately we're unable to exchange for sizing errors as each item is made to order. We strongly recommend checking our size guide before ordering and emailing us if you're unsure. If you're between sizes, size up.
How long do refunds take?
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Products & Sizing
What are your garments made from?
Our apparel is made from 100% organic ringspun combed cotton by Stanley/Stella. Fabric weight varies by product — full details are on each product page. All garments are suitable for vegans and produced to ethical standards.
How are the products printed?
Our garments are printed using either Direct to Garment (DTG) or Direct to Film (DTF) printing depending on the product — both processes bond ink to the fabric for a soft-feel, durable finish that won't crack or peel with normal washing.
How do I find my size?
For adult garments, our adult t-shirt is a medium unisex fit — true to size for a regular fit, size up for a looser look. For babywear and kids' clothing, sizes are based on age and height — see our Size Guide for full measurements.
Are the colours accurate on screen?
We do our best to represent colours accurately in our product images. However, screen calibration varies between devices and the final printed colour may differ slightly from what you see on your screen. If you have specific colour concerns, contact us before ordering.
Are products suitable for vegans?
Yes, our organic cotton garments are suitable for vegans and are produced to ethical standards.
