Made to Order — Production Time
All products in the Sheffield Forum Shop are made to order. Before your order is dispatched, please allow 3 to 5 working days for production. A working day runs Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm. UK bank holidays are not counted as working days.
This production time is an estimate, not a guarantee. No compensation will be offered for orders that fall outside this estimate.
Production time is separate from and in addition to delivery time. The delivery estimates below begin from the point of dispatch, not from when your order is placed.
Shipping Costs
Delivery costs depend on the total weight of your order and your delivery destination. Your shipping options and costs will be calculated and displayed in your cart and at checkout once your delivery address has been confirmed.
United Kingdom
Estimated delivery from dispatch: 2–5 working days (standard) or 1–3 working days (express)
All UK orders are tracked. You will receive a dispatch notification with your tracking information when your order leaves production.
UK deliveries are made Monday to Friday between approximately 8:30am and 5:30pm. Evening and Sunday deliveries are not available as standard.
Free standard shipping is available on qualifying UK orders — the threshold and eligibility will be displayed at checkout.
European Union
Estimated delivery from dispatch: 6–21 working days (standard) or 3–7 working days (courier)
EU orders are shipped from the UK. Delivery estimates are from dispatch and do not include production time.
Important: EU orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Import VAT, customs duties, or other charges levied by the destination country are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to the relevant authorities on delivery. We do not collect or pre-pay these charges. If you are unsure what charges may apply in your country, we recommend checking with your local customs authority before ordering.
United States

Tracking
All orders include tracked shipping. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with your tracking number and a link to track your parcel when your order is dispatched. Tracking is provided by the relevant carrier depending on your location and chosen shipping method.
Delays
Delivery estimates are provided by our carriers and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs processing, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. No compensation will be offered for orders that take longer than the quoted delivery estimates to arrive.
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch for UK orders, or within the expected window for international orders, please contact us at shop@sheffieldforum.co.uk and we will investigate with the carrier.
Lost or Missing Orders
In the event that a parcel is identified as genuinely lost following investigation with the carrier, we will issue a replacement or full refund. We will work with the carrier to attempt to locate and deliver the parcel before concluding it is lost.
Failed Deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us due to a failed delivery — for example, an incorrect address, failure to collect from a delivery depot, or refused delivery — we will contact you using the details provided at checkout. If we do not receive a response within 28 days, the order will be treated as abandoned and a refund will be issued minus any shipping costs incurred.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
Signing for Deliveries
Some deliveries may require a signature. If you are not available to sign, the carrier will leave instructions for collection or redelivery. Confirmation of delivery by the carrier — including Royal Mail's Track and Trace or equivalent — constitutes proof of delivery.
