Made to Order

All products in the Sheffield Forum Shop are made to order specifically for you. Because each item is produced individually on demand, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for reasons of change of mind, incorrect size selection, or ordering error.

We strongly recommend checking our size guides carefully before ordering. If you have any questions about a product before purchasing, please contact us at shop@sheffieldforum.co.uk and we will be happy to help.


Faulty or Damaged Items

Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or incorrectly produced, please contact us at shop@sheffieldforum.co.ukwithin 14 days of receipt. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A clear description of the fault or damage
  • Photographic evidence of the issue

We will investigate and respond promptly. Where a genuine fault is confirmed, we will offer either a full replacement or a full refund to your original payment method — at your preference.

Please note the following are not considered faults:

  • Print positioning variations of up to 2cm — this is inherent to the print-on-demand production process
  • Minor colour variation between product images and the finished item — mockup images are representative and screen colours vary by device
  • Sizing issues where the correct size was ordered and produced — please refer to our size guides before ordering

Transit Damage

If your order shows obvious signs of damage on delivery, please refuse the delivery where possible and notify us immediately at shop@sheffieldforum.co.uk.

If damage is only apparent on opening the packaging, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt with photographic evidence. We will not be able to consider transit damage claims made after this window.


Incorrect Orders

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at shop@sheffieldforum.co.uk with your order number and photographic evidence. We will arrange a replacement or full refund as appropriate.


Cancellations

Due to the made-to-order nature of our products, cancellations must be requested within 6 hours of placing your order by contacting shop@sheffieldforum.co.uk. After this point your order may have entered production and cancellation cannot be guaranteed.

If your order has already entered production within 6 hours of being placed, cancellation is at our discretion.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


EU Customers — 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is being delivered to an address within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason and without justification, under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise this right, please contact us at shop@sheffieldforum.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn or unused. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty.


Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 10 working days of approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 working days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at shop@sheffieldforum.co.uk.

We do not offer refunds on gift cards.


Returns Address

Because our products are made to order, most issues are resolved without requiring you to return the item. Where a return is necessary — for example in the case of confirmed transit damage — we will provide you with a returns address and instructions when we confirm acceptance of your return request. Please do not send items back without first contacting us and receiving confirmation, as unrequested returns cannot be accepted.


Your Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. For further information about your consumer rights, visit citizensadvice.org.uk or contact your local Trading Standards office.
